Meet Emma
Emma has been an independent consultant working across various industries for over fifteen years. And before that, more than ten years working in corporate sales managing key accounts and sales teams to exceed targets for her employers, mostly in the hospitality industry. Her results driven career achieved her the position of Director of National Accounts for Accor Hotels. She has definitely walked the walk. Over the years she realised her passion for managing and coaching sales teams and driving team development. She now helps her clients and their employees to exceed their targets.
Emma is regularly called on to lead and support sales teams internally. Her insight into her clients’ customer experience and customer service has proved invaluable through her recommendations which have resulted in customer delight, retention and increased revenue and sales.
Emma is a licensed trainer in Continue & Begin® Fast Coaching and also an IMI Accredited Assessor. and holds a Professional Trainer Certificate.
